Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee, and arrivals beyond 20 minutes may need to be rescheduled to uphold the quality and care placed into each service. To maintain the privacy and tranquility of the suite, no additional guests or children are permitted. Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, so cancellations must be made at least 5 hours in advance. If you cancel outside that window, a 15% fee of your total booking will be charged. If you need to reschedule, the original deposit can be applied one time only and must be used within two weeks of your original date. This policy keeps everything fair, organized, and respectful of both your time and mine — thank you for honoring it.
